It is a complete programme based on the Tarbouriech oyster in all its forms: it includes body care, a range of cosmetics and the consumption of oysters (very rich in proteins and trace elements, zinc, and low in fat but with a very good Omega 3 \/ Omega 6 ratio). This programme is ideally experienced at the Domaine Tarbouriech for well-being and health.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>Do the materials in the products come from you?<\/span><\/div>

Our skin care range uses mother of pearl powder. As an oyster farmer committed to sustainable development for more than 10 years, we have been storing our shells for years in order to enhance their exceptional quality. We are delighted to have been able to incorporate them into our own skincare range.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>Who does the research on your raw materials? Who are your partners in the search for new assets?<\/span><\/div>

We have done 5 years of in-house research by integrating a doctoral student on a CIFRE thesis with the collaboration of the University of Montpellier, who is dedicated to the research of new active ingredients on our raw materials. We also have in-house experts in global well-being (food supplement formulation, chronobiology, etc.). At the end of our research in 2020, our doctoral student officially became a Doctor, congratulations to him!<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Tarbouriech oyster is not better than any other, it is different, its breeding method, the solar tide, has allowed it to acquire over the years a firmer, denser flesh, a harder, thicker shell and an incredible pure white mother-of-pearl, better than talking about it, you should test it!<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>Are you the first to make products from oyster meat and mother of pearl?<\/span><\/div>

No, we are not inventing anything, this has existed since antiquity in Chinese medicine and Western pharmacopoeia (e.g. the Asians used mother-of-pearl powder as a foundation to whiten their skin), and there are many examples in medical writings, but we are surely the first oyster farmers to do this with our own raw material, and what a material it is: the perfect mother-of-pearl of the Tarbouriech oysters, inherited from breeding by the sun’s tide.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>What is the advantage of mother-of-pearl over other assets?<\/span><\/div>

Mother-of-pearl is a natural product, its use is done with the greatest respect for the environment, in our case, it is also part of the circular economy, we remain in a short circuit and clearly improve the traceability and environmental impact of the product.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span>When I scanned your products, I found that they contained a number of allergens?<\/span><\/div>

In principle, it is nature itself that provides the most allergens. It should be noted that allergies are generated by people in contact with the active ingredient and not the other way around… As stipulated by legislation, we include potentially allergenic products at the end of the list of ingredients so that people with allergies can take them into account when choosing their products.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>
